Licensed Barbers and Appearance Enhancement Technicians may apply to receive a face shield compliments of Erie County in response to the re-opening of salons and barbershops under New York Forward Phase 2.

We encourage shop owners to apply for their entire licensed staff. Individual professionals may apply if an employer is unable to provide a face shield. A copy of each staffer's professional license will need to be the uploaded at the time of application to be eligible.

Distribution information will be provided to the listed contact person. Once you fill out the form, we will contact you via email with a pick up time and location.
