ERIE COUNTY, NY— Today, Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz announced that Erie County is preparing for another golf season, with season passes for county courses available for purchase or renewal and the courses themselves being prepared for an April 19th opening.
“Now is the time to get in the swing for the season,” said Poloncarz. “Whether you are an avid golfer or just a casual duffer, Erie County has two great courses that await you, and very reasonable rates for season passes that will let you play as often as you like. Both Elma Meadows and Grover Cleveland, courses that are enjoyable for golfers of all ages and skill levels, will be open at 7:00 AM on April 19th for the first rounds of the season. I encourage residents to get out on the course and enjoy themselves this year.”

Golfers needing a new yearly pass for 2013 (not renewing) will need to come to the course where they want the pass issued from in order to have their picture taken, beginning on April 19th.
