The Erie County Department of Senior Services will hold two in-person public hearings in order to hear community input regarding the unmet needs of Erie County’s older adult population. The Department, alongside the Live Well Erie Initiative, is seeking feedback on current programs and services offered, and would like the community to help identify areas where they feel additional resources are needed.
“The annual public hearings are the best way for residents to speak directly to our Department to guide us in making sure that our programs meet their needs and desires.” said Angela Marinucci, Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Senior Services. “Adding older adult voices to the planning process of both our Department and our partner community organizations through Live Well Erie assists us in our mission to give older adults every opportunity to live full, active lives in Erie County.”
All Erie County residents are invited to join the conversation and assist the department in their efforts to best serve the community.
