The Erie County Office of GIS provided services and expertise to the Emergency Management Civil Defense/Disaster Preparedness Division in creating the ReadyErie App.
The app is available for Erie County residents to make and share emergency plans, with checklists for emergency kits, as well as displaying the location of shelters, hospitals, fire stations, and police departments, and the condition of emergency routes. This app also provides information from Erie County during emergencies. Press Release
