The Erie County Department of Senior Services’ Nutrition and Wellness program has announced that the Spring 2022 University Express semester will offer traditional in-person classes and virtual classes. These are free, one-hour classes on approximately 100 topics in-person and 30 topics online covering current events, law and finances, science and medicine, humanities, wellness, and history. The spring semester is in session from May 2nd - July 15th, 2022.

“Our Department is excited to offer such a robust lifelong learning program! We strive to provide opportunities to build social networks and expand knowledge,” said Erie County Commissioner of Senior Services Angela Marinucci, Esq. “Offering in-person and virtual opportunities helps make the program inclusive and accessible, thereby combating social isolation. I am looking forward to seeing everyone take advantage of the wonderful classes we are offering this semester.”
