The Mental Health Advocates (MHA) of Western New York (WNY) Board of Directors announced today that Melinda C. DuBois will become the agency’s next executive director, effective September 1, 2020. She will replace Kenneth P. Houseknecht who is retiring after serving nine years in the position.
