This is September and we will be here before the month is through but it is still hot out there during the day! That means it is still important to stay hydrated. There are different ways to make sure you are gettting the water you need. In this issue we start by giving you five foods that are full of water to help you along.

September 11, 2021 we will hold a remembrance ceremony and blood drive with the American Red Cross and food drive with FeedMore WNY. Please join us to honor those we lost on this date 20 years ago.


September 23 we will be holding a falls prevention seminar at the Cheektowaga Senior Center. Please call or email to register!


Great news! We will be holding Choose Healthy with diabetes workshops in person this fall! Check out page 7 for details.

Club 99 is also back in person and still virtual M-F as well. Classes are open to all 60+ and the workouts are varied. It's a great way to help you sleep better!
