County Legislature Approves Veterans Empowerment Committee

            The Erie County Legislature, led by the co-sponsorship of the Democratic Majority Caucus, unanimously approved creating an ad hoc legislature committee on veterans empowerment at its July 12 session.

                The Erie County Legislature will conduct its annual Mid-Year Budget Hearings on the 2012 Erie County budget starting Monday, July 16, in the Legislature Chambers on the Fourth Floor of Old County Hall, 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo.

County Legislature Approves True Bethel Townhouses PILOT Agreeement

                The Erie County Legislature unanimously granted approval for Erie County to enter a payments-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) agreement with the City of Buffalo and a limited partnership to develop the True Bethel Townhouses in Buffalo at its June 21 session.
