Kiwanis March 2012
Legislator Lorigo was the guest speaker at the West
Seneca Kiwanis Club's March 7, 2012 meeting. He is
joined by Kiwanis President Don Rauscher and
Kiwanis Past Lt. Governor & Program Chair Eric Paul.

 


Crista Botticello, owner of Ooo La La Boutique in East
Aurora, was honored during the April 5, 2012 session
for creating a scholarship program for high school seniors.

 


Julia Shea received a proclamation in recognition of being
a Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce 2012 Chambers
Choice honoree. Legislator Lorigo was proud to sponsor
Shea at the event.

Doug Swift was recognized for his service as president
of the Roycroft Campus Corporation for seven years.

Erie County Legislator Joseph C. Lorigo (West Seneca) presented a proclamation to Christopher LaRussa, a Boy Scout with Troop 616 in West Seneca, in recognition of his many philanthropic achievements during the Legislature’s Oct. 11, 2012 session.

Legislator Lorigo to host community meeting at West Seneca Senior Center

Erie County Legislator Joseph C. Lorigo has planned a community meeting at the West Seneca Senior Center to discuss the HEAP application process, distribute Yellow Dot packets and to discuss any questions or concerns residents may have.

Erie County Legislator Joseph C. Lorigo announces that a free guided walk at Emery Park will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012. The walk is part of the six-week, “Be Active Erie County!” series to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.

This summer has undoubtedly been hot, with brutal sunny days. The other day I was talking with someone who works for a town recreation department and I asked what steps they take to protect the youth attending their programs during these intense summer days.
