Legislator Rath names Wilson family Citizens of the Month for June 2013

Erie County Legislator Edward Rath recognized the Wilson family as Citizens of the Month for June during the Legislature’s June 20, 2013 session. A proclamation was accepted by Bill and Kim Wilson in honor of their son, Staff Sgt. William R. “Billy” Wilson III.
