After teaming up with Urban Valet Cleaners to collect dresses over the past several weeks, Erie County Legislator Lynne Dixon held a free shopping event this past weekend to distribute prom dresses to girls throughout the community.

Legislator Dixon said, “I would like to thank Urban Valet Cleaners, our volunteers, and many other community partners who made our 10^th annual prom dress drive a huge success! Because of this collaborative effort, we were able to help hundreds of girls say ‘yes to the dress’. I appreciate each and every donation as well as everyone who helped put this together. It was great to see so many smiling faces at our shopping event, and I hope everyone has a great time at prom!”
