Individuals from American Legion Posts across Erie County gathered at the Matthew Glab Post in Lackawanna Saturday morning to celebrate their 101^st member convention. Legislator Lynne Dixon attended the ceremony to present a proclamation on behalf of the Erie County Legislature.

Legislator Dixon said, “It was my pleasure to recognize the American Legion on achieving this incredible milestone. For 100 years, the legion has served veterans, current service members, and communities as a whole. We are fortunate to have 39 active posts in Erie County and remain grateful for everything they do.”
