Erie County Legislator Ed Rath attended a groundbreaking ceremony for a new Memory Care and Enhanced Assisted Living Community at the Brothers of Mercy Campus in Clarence.

The project, expected to be complete in 2020, is a $21 million expansion that will consist of 64 assisted living apartments and a wing with 32 units for seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Legislator Rath said, “I was honored to attend the ceremony for this incredible project. At each of their facilities, Brothers of Mercy provides outstanding care to seniors in our community. Thank you to all who have made this expansion possible!”
