To help keep the community safe and assist with the reopening process, Erie County Legislator Ed Rath recently visited a number of organizations to deliver free masks.
Legislator Rath dropped off boxes of masks at Hearts and Hands, the Evangel Assembly of God food pantry in Clarence, Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church, St. Gregory the Great Parish, and Amherst Meals on Wheels.
Legislator Rath said, “Our entire community, including these organizations, are adapting to a new normal as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Making sure everyone has access to masks is important in order to keep people safe and stay compliant with state guidelines. It was my pleasure to deliver boxes of masks to ease the burden on these organizations as they navigate the re-opening process and continue to serve our communities.”
