Erie County Legislator Ed Rath will be holding a HEAP outreach to help residents with the application process.

Residents are urged to call Legislator Rath’s office at 716-858-8676 to schedule a phone appointment for Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Time slots begin at 9:30 in the morning and go until 4:00 in the afternoon.

Applicants should have the following available during the appointment: income total for each household member, paystubs and/or Social Security award letter, gas and electric account numbers, and Social Security number.

Legislator Rath said, "Winter in Western New York is not something to be taken lightly. I want to make sure every resident in my district is prepared and taken care of. Help paying your heating bills is out there. Give my office a call and we will help you get the ball rolling with the HEAP application process."
