Erie County Legislator Ed Rath delivered donuts and certificates to the Amherst Police Department and New York State Police in Clarence in observance of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Wednesday.

“This is a small gesture to let these outstanding police agencies know our community is thankful for their service,” said Legislator Rath. “We appreciate their hard work not only today, but every day of the year.”
