Time slots begin at 9:30 in the morning and go until 4:00 in the afternoon. This is the last scheduled outreach at this time.

Applicants should have the following available during the appointment: income total for each household member, paystubs and/or Social Security award letter, gas and electric account numbers, and Social Security number.

Legislator Rath said, “Applying for HEAP can be a daunting task, but I am here to help. The winter months are brutal and there is no reason any resident in Erie County should go without a warm home. Please consider reaching out for help with the process.”
