Members of the Erie County Legislature’s Demoratic Caucus appointed Timothy J. Meyers to fill a vacancy in the Seventh Legislattive District. Meyers is a life-long resident of the Town of Cheektowaga and is the airfield supervisor at the Niagara Falls International Airport.  New York State Supreme Court Justice Lynn W. Keane administered the oath of office.
