Effective September 1, 2017 e-filed documents in Erie County will be available immediately for online public viewing through the New York State Court Electronic Filing system. Unsealed documents were previously visible only after the issuance of an Index Number. After September 1, all documents, unless sealed by court order, will be visible to the public.
