Kearns Announces Vaccine ‘Pop-Up’ Clinic with Urban Family Practice

Community Vaccination Clinic Will Offer FREE Pfizer Vaccine to Those Eligible 

Erie County, NY- Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns has teamed up with Urban Family Practice to conduct a COVID Vaccination “Pop-Up” clinic site on Saturday, September 25th from 11:00am-3:00pm. The clinic site will be outside the WUFO 1080AM and Power 96.5 FM radio studio located in the African American Heritage Corridor, at 143 Broadway Street, Buffalo. No appointment is necessary and COVID-19 vaccinations are free and do not require insurance. 

“I am pleased to be able to work with Dr. Vazquez and his dedicated staff on ensuring that all communities have every opportunity to be vaccinated,’ stated Erie County Clerk Michael P. Kearns. “It is vital for the health and safety of all of Erie County that we continue and expand the effort to vaccinate.”                   

Dr. Raul Vazquez and his team at Urban Family Practice will be providing the Pfizer vaccine for those 12 years and older. Photo identification will be required for adults and those accompanying eligible minors receiving the vaccine.

Brown, President of Vision Multimedia Group and operator of WUFO and Power 96.5 FM. “Mickey Kearns and his team has been a blessing to the radio audience with weekly valuable information.” Brown added, “It’s very important to get as many people vaccinated as possible and to bring the vaccination clinic right to the door of WUFO and its listeners is fantastic.” 

Erie County Clerk Kearns will also be hosting his weekly WUFO radio show, “Catching Up with the Clerk”, live from 11:30-noon with his special guest, Dr. Vazquez, where they will be discussing the COVID-19 vaccine.
