On Thursday, April 11, 2019 UB Sustainability will host Judith Enck, former EPA Regional Administrator, Visiting Professor at Bennington College and founder of Beyond Plastics.
Please join us for this free lecture as we explore how to build a grassroots movement against single use plastic packaging in Western New York. We will discuss how to work on policy changes in addition to consumer change.
Local advocacy organizations will be present to share updates on what is happening regionally to reduce plastic pollution.
