ELEMENTARY GRADES K-4:

HIGH SCHOOL GRADES 9-12:
1st Place - Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School High School (Teacher: Adam Rivers)
2nd Place - Springville Griffith Institute (Teacher: Christy Komenda)
3rd Place – Research Lab Program for Bioinformatics and Life Science (Teacher: Carlo Cammilleri)
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE PARTICIPANTS! It was truly a difficult decision for the judges and every single group should be very proud of their hard work! Photos of all rain barrels from the 2018 contest can be found on our Facebook Page.
Winning barrels will be on display at an awards ceremony and press event which will be held at the Buffalo Museum of Science on Earth Day, Sunday April 22nd , at 12pm. Rain barrels, along with other pieces of plastics art, will remain at the Buffalo Museum of Science for an art exhibition through May 31, 2018.
