Wednesday, June 19, 2019 - 2:00pm-5:00pm Amherst Center for Senior Services , 370 John James Audubon Parkway Mickey Kearns to Host "CLERK ON THE GO" PASSPORT EVENT. Individuals interested in obtaining a NEW passport will be able to apply on-site as passport agents will be on hand. (Renewal applications must be completed & mailed independently.) If you are interested in a passport, a reservation is required. We will be processing application between 2pm-5pm. The cost is $110 for a passport, $30 for a passport card (payable in check or money order to the Department of State) and a $35.00 processing fee (payable in Check or money order to Erie County Clerk’s Office.)
